No updates since 2011.

Dont waste your money. App does not work on the new operating system. Has not been updated in years. Used to be a great app.

I had rated this my top app until I updated to iOS4. The app and its data survived several lesser updates. I have been very happily using this to remotely help several clients. However, upon update to 4 the app would not run. I had to delete and reinstall ( I had previously updated the app to its latest version, so that wasnt it ). Then the app ran, but my twenty or so saved addresses were gone. This is the only data relevant to this app, and can only be reproduced by visiting each and every computer to recreate each listing manually. I contacted their support. Email only. It took several business days to send me a sentence that explained that third-party data is lost during an iOS update. Basically, they failed to safeguard the sole data their app maintains. I am screwed. Have a nice day. If the company had even tried to protect the one thing their app generates, or had any helpful advice, I would be much less angry. If I had known of their incompetence, I would have at least made screen shots to preserve critical data. Hey, they might even have thought of that. Tell me how to find my lost data and I will re-evaluate ( before this, I would have given five stars ).

I was needing to get into my network at home and remembered I had downloaded the app on the same iTunes account about 4 years ago. Apparently they dont honor that, as this app cost me $10. As soon as it finished loading, I tried adding a computer and nothing works, none of the buttons... Nothing! A waste of $10 . Dont waste your money. IPhone 4S, 64Gb , iOS 8, latest release if anyone cares.

Doesnt work iOS 8.1.2. Useless customer support they simply dont reply to you. Complete waste of money. Although it does work on iPad running iOS 8 .1.2 but customer support simply dont answer you

I have used this app for a long time and love it. Unfortunately its continually needs a little work from the developer which it doesnt get. My point; its taken far to long to get an iOS update. 4-5 star app but developer dedication gets it a 2.

Terrible interface dont buy it

This has been one of the greatest Remote Desktop apps, it was awesome! It hasnt had an update, make it work on the newer iOS.

I bought the app but when I tried to run ,it just showed me the app with no let me access to it and it is totally frozen

This app should have a zero rating and removed from App Store since the developers cannot make it compatible to iOS >8.0. We paid for the app and its expensive. Im so disappointed

Please take it off the market to stop distracting people

Brand new iPhone 6s Plus on 9.2, app will not launch. Only shows "Initializing..." and freezes. Tried deleting and reinstalling, no luck. Worked great on my iPhone 5s, and my Galaxy S5 Active. No workie on 6s Plus

the app doesnt work with the latest iphone os version 9.2. Dont waste your money

Used to be a great app, and paid a lot for it! But now is entirely useless and hasnt been supported for years. I hate when revs abandon products like this. It used to be my favorite RDM and thats why I paid for it.

Everytime I open the app it crashing and never even loads in just opens then closes.

I paid for this app, downloaded it, set up in my desktop as well. I can remote log in via web (not with the app. It does nothing at all). But then it just asks me to pay more for a subscription. Cant get a refund either. Dont waste your money.
