Would give zero stars if I could

I was needing to get into my network at home and remembered I had downloaded the app on the same iTunes account about 4 years ago. Apparently they dont honor that, as this app cost me $10. As soon as it finished loading, I tried adding a computer and nothing works, none of the buttons... Nothing! A waste of $10 . Dont waste your money. IPhone 4S, 64Gb , iOS 8, latest release if anyone cares.
