I bought this and I am very pleased with the service, its very simple to set up, and easy to use. It does everything you would expect it to and works great. The only problem I have is that it is a little slower then I thought it would be, but it still does run pretty quickly. Great program guys keep it up
Edit: Now with the new update the mouse actually lines up with where I click on my iPhone screen. Problem solved!!:). I have both mac and windows systems and this software works great with both of them. I have not run into any problems yet with the new update. I think for the price its at now its well worth it if u need to access your computers from your phone on the go. I installed the program and it was really easy to setup, logged into my computer from my iPhone could see the desktop and everything. But the one bug I have found so far is that where I click on the desktop from my phone is different than where it actually clicks on the desktop. It depends where Im clicking on the screen, sometimes its a fingers distance from my mouse to the desktop and othr times its a whole phone screen away. Not sure why its doing that but I cant make it work yet. Any ideas?
Wonderful program - works like a charm. I found that when I connected to my Vista Ultimate computer, doing so changed my display settings in Vista from Aero (nice shiney looking setting) to Normal. To correct this, I disabled the "Mirage" image driver in device manager. This fixed the problem; I am able to connect without a problem, and it does ont change my display settings. Only four stars because it is a little laggy .. but what do you expect, you have absolutely full functionality of your desktop computer from your iPhone. Its feasible that future versions may be quicker, which is what the fifth star is reserved for.
This program does everything as promised. The 3 or 4 second delay is worth it to be able to access valuable information. When I tell people "give me a minute I can check something". They say how is that possible. And when it is done they say thats amazing.
Good app but missing some features of the palm os version such as start/stop services, run command from cmand prompt, and check system information. Other then that, works as promised, no problems with firewalls
Fast, stable and very useful. Im really glad I got this powerful app.

Some bad moments

This App is a good idea, but simply didnt works to connect my iPhone with McAir.
It used to work very well on my Iphone5. I have changee to an Iphone6 and the app is simply frozen. It does not work.
I have a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 iMac running Snow Leopard and a 2nd gen iPod touch with OS 3.1.2 running on an Airport Express WiFi. This program is virtually unusable. Most clicks on the screen take 20 to 30 seconds to register, which is abominable. The regular price is $19.99. I bought it at $3.99 and now I see it is on sale at $1.99. It is not worth getting even for free. It logs in quickly, and displays the screen fairly quickly, but the clicks and commands are EXTREMELY slow. Im reticent to buy another Remote Desktop Program unless I can get only a 1 to 3 second lag, so I hope there is one out there. I suggest leaving this one alone.
I was looking for a VNC-type app and this one was on sale $1.99. Unfortunately, the lag is really bad. Like 5-30 seconds bad. Sometimes, the clicks just dont register. Ive tried it with and without the mirror driver. This is on Vista <--> iPod Touch Gen3 via wifi. Theres still a chance that the app will improve with updates.
I thought I would give this a second chance since I gave up using it because it was slow and the developers chose to not update it nor add iPhone 5 support. Nothings changed. I suggest using log me in its FREE, and it works flawlessly. I used to swear by rdm but logmein defiantly takes the cake in this case.
This app was great when I first bought it a few years ago. It is now horribly out of date and needs updating. Doesnt make use of current screen sizes and crashes/freezes constantly.
