Wont open

Brand new iPhone 6s Plus on 9.2, app will not launch. Only shows "Initializing..." and freezes. Tried deleting and reinstalling, no luck. Worked great on my iPhone 5s, and my Galaxy S5 Active. No workie on 6s Plus
